From the first time i learned about being pregnant the service of all the crews have been satisfying or let me say more than that. Friendly people from the reception, accommodating assistants and doctors who can understand me although i dont speak korean. For foreigners like me who cant speak korean, i am well assisted by doctors with understanding the english language (with some help from husband honestly)
Until my delivery, which is a hard time and normal to all moms, the medical assistants never fail to assist all the care i need. I never felt ignored even with little information i need to know. I got cs operation and it had an amazing result. I recovered fast because of good hospital care and services. From admission to room service and special mention to the nursery care given to my little boy.
I had an amazing experience with lucina. Doctors, especially, are awesome! Good job! I salute korean medical care especially with Lucina. To God be the glory.
